The Student Family Residence Program seeks to support vulnerable students living in remote locations who need to move to another location to continue their studies. For this, accommodation, food and affective support are offered in tutoring families that favor the integral development of students of primary (7th and 8th), secondary and higher education.

 

What are the application requirements?
– Living in rural or urban sectors with a reduced supply of educational establishments.
– To be a student of 7th and 8th grade of primary education; humanistic or professional technical secondary education of municipal or privately subsidized establishments (daytime); first year of higher education, provided that they come from the program.
– The need to move to another location to continue studies, either because there are no educational establishments in their place of residence or because the educational offer is small and does not respond to the interests of students.
– Have a minimum age of 12 years at the time of application.

Where should I apply?
Once you enter the Student Family Residence Program you can continue until you finish Higher Education, renewing your benefit each year.

Educación básica y media

  • Residencia en sectores rurales o urbanos  con reducida oferta educacional, por lo que requieren trasladarse desde su lugar de origen para continuar sus estudios.
  • Evaluación en el Registro Social de Hogares.
  • Ser estudiante de 7° u 8° básico o educación media de establecimientos educacionales reconocidos por el Estado.

  • Certificado de residencia que acredite el domicilio familiar del estudiante indicando claramente la comuna y localidad correspondiente, otorgado por la Dirección de Desarrollo Comunitario del Municipio correspondiente, declaración jurada otorgada ante notario, certificado de comunidades indígenas autorizada por CONADI. certificado otorgado por Junta de Vecinos, autorizada formalmente por medio de acto administrativo para emitir certificados de residencia.
  • Certificado o documento idóneo para acreditar la condición de matriculado o alumno regular.
  • En caso de requerirse el estudiante deberá presentar la cartóla del Registro Social de Hogares.

Los estudiantes interesados deberán llenar un formulario de postulación a través de la WEB en la página www.junaeb.cl, en la sección Residencias Estudiantiles a contar 01 de Diciembre de 2017.
